Booking Confirmation
Before proceeding with payment, ensure the
selected travel date, time, and destination are accurate. Once payment is
completed and the Order Summary/Booking Number is provided, your seat is
confirmed. Passengers aged 3 and above must purchase a seat.

Cancellations, Refunds, or Modifications
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made
within 72 hours of the travel date. Requests for cancellations or
modifications must be submitted at least 72 hours before departure.
Refunds will be processed within 1–7 days to the original payment method.
Changes or cancellations are not allowed during Thai public holidays or
long weekends.

Ticket Validity
Ferry/Shuttle/Tour vouchers are non-transferable
and valid only for the specified date and trip.

Check-in
Passengers must check in at least 30 minutes
before departure. Foreign tourists should account for additional time for
immigration clearance. Late arrivals are responsible for arranging
alternative transport.

Ferry and Tour Voucher
Vouchers will be sent via email upon completion
of booking. If not received, please contact customer support. Present a
printed or digital voucher at check-in. My Ticket Travel reserves the
right to modify itineraries to similar routes or schedules.

No-Show Policy
Failure to board the service on time results in
the forfeiture of the full fare with no refunds.

Passenger Conditions
The company is not liable for delays or route
changes due to weather conditions or pier authority orders. Passengers may
carry up to 2 bags with a combined weight of 15 kg for the ferry or
speedboat. The company is not responsible for lost or damaged luggage
under personal care. Pets, oversized luggage, large bags, alcohol, drugs,
and weapons are prohibited on tours.

Shuttle Company Rights
Shuttle companies may amend itineraries without
prior notice. The company is not responsible for schedule changes or
customer delays if the pick-up point is incorrect.

Seating Requests
The company may replace, downgrade, or upgrade
vehicles in unforeseen circumstances. Passengers aged 3 and above must
purchase a seat.

Liability Disclaimer
My Ticket Travel is not responsible for:
● Delays, cancellations, or changes
in ferry, shuttle, or tour services.
● Loss, theft, or damage to luggage.
● Errors caused by passengers
waiting at incorrect boarding points.
● Issues with ferry/shuttle/tour
staff behavior or service quality.

Your Responsibility and Assumption of Risk
You are responsible for your actions and those of
your travel companions. This includes leaving the venue as you found it,
following applicable laws, and adhering to the rules of the suppliers.
Failure to comply may lead to removal from the experience or legal action.
You acknowledge that experiences may involve inherent risks, such as
illness, injury, or death. By participating, you assume full
responsibility for these risks and confirm that the experience is suitable
for you before booking.

Proof of Payment
By submitting proof of payment, you confirm its
accuracy and authenticity. Submission of false documents is a legal
violation.

Fraudulent Activities
We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy towards
fraudulent activities. If a fraudulent transaction is suspected, we may
contact you to verify your booking. Failure to provide the necessary
information may lead to the cancellation of your booking.
Phishing attacks, such as fake websites or emails, can be used to steal
personal and payment information. Stay vigilant and report any phishing
attempts involving My Ticket Travel to info.mytickettravel@gmail.com.
Additionally, notify your bank or the appropriate authorities immediately.

Force Majeure
My Ticket Travel and/or the Supplier may be
unable to honor confirmed bookings due to extraordinary circumstances
beyond their control, including natural disasters, pandemics, labor
unrest, insolvency, government actions, technical issues, or unforeseen events.
As a marketplace, My Ticket Travel is not liable for cancellations due to
Force Majeure. If advance notice is possible, we will make reasonable
efforts to refund the booking amount, minus applicable charges, if
refunded by the Supplier.
In case of technical issues (e.g., network or payment gateway errors), My
Ticket Travel’s responsibility is limited to refunding the received
amount. After the refund, we assume no further liability.
My Ticket Travel is not liable for indirect, punitive, incidental,
special, or consequential damages, and you agree not to seek compensation
for such losses.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold My Ticket Travel,
its employees, directors, agents, and Suppliers harmless from any claims,
losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable
attorneys’ fees) arising from:
(i) your breach of these Terms or Supplier Terms,
(ii) your failure to comply with applicable laws related to the Website or
Services, or
(iii) any injury, property damage, or death caused by your actions or
omissions during the use of the Website, participation in Experiences, or
availing of Services.

General Provisions
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of
Thailand, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be
resolved in the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thailand.
Injunctive
Relief
You acknowledge that breaches of specific obligations
may cause significant harm to My Ticket Travel, which cannot be compensated by
damages alone. My Ticket Travel may seek injunctive relief without posting a
bond, in any jurisdiction where damage may occur, in addition to other
available remedies.
Assignment;
Binding Effect
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any
rights or duties without My Ticket Travel’s prior written consent. Any
unauthorized assignment is void. My Ticket Travel may assign these Terms at its
discretion. These Terms bind My Ticket Travel and its successors.
Partial
Invalidity
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or
unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. The
invalid provision will be adjusted to reflect its original intent. If
adjustment is not possible, it will be severed, and the remaining provisions
will continue.
No
Waiver
Failure by My Ticket Travel to enforce any provision
of these Terms will not be considered a waiver. My Ticket Travel’s rights to
enforce these provisions remain intact.
Entire
Agreement
These Terms of Use represent the complete agreement
between you and My Ticket Travel, superseding all previous agreements and
communications regarding this matter.

Weather Dependency
My Ticket Travel’s tour programs are subject to
weather conditions, which may cause itinerary adjustments. Safety is our
top priority, and the captain assesses the feasibility of itineraries
daily. During the monsoon season (May to November), itinerary changes may
be required due to unpredictable weather, wind, or tidal conditions. If it
rains before or during departure, you may cancel for a full refund or
reschedule. However, no refunds or changes are allowed once the trip has
started.

Unpredictable Weather
Thailand’s tropical climate can change rapidly,
and we cannot predict or compensate for such fluctuations. During the
monsoon season, certain areas, such as parts of Phi Phi Don’s east side or
Bamboo Island on windy days, may be inaccessible. Refunds are not
available for weather-related changes.

Nature’s
Unpredictability
The beauty of nature is inherently unpredictable.
Wildlife sightings (e.g., monkeys, sharks, turtles, dolphins) and
underwater visibility for snorkeling can vary from day to day and are not
guaranteed. We appreciate your understanding and acceptance of nature’s
surprises.
